To view the status of your order and find your tracking number, sign in to your account and visit your order history.

How to find your tracking number

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Canpar Courier tracking number. You can also find it directly in your order details:

1. Click View My Orders above and sign in.
2. Select the order you want to track.
3. Your tracking number will appear under the shipment details.
4. Click the tracking number to follow your shipment on the Canpar website.

Most orders are shipped via Canpar Courier. If your order was shipped with a different carrier, the tracking link in your confirmation email will direct you to the correct carrier's tracking page.

Suivre votre commande

Pour consulter le statut de votre commande et trouver votre numéro de suivi, connectez-vous à votre compte et accédez à votre historique de commandes.

Comment trouver votre numéro de suivi

Une fois votre commande expédiée, vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation d'expédition contenant votre numéro de suivi Canpar Courier. Vous pouvez également le retrouver directement dans les détails de votre commande :

1. Cliquez sur Voir mes commandes ci-dessus et connectez-vous.
2. Sélectionnez la commande que vous souhaitez suivre.
3. Votre numéro de suivi apparaîtra dans les détails de l'expédition.
4. Cliquez sur le numéro de suivi pour suivre votre colis sur le site web de Canpar.

La plupart des commandes sont expédiées par Canpar Courier. Si votre commande a été expédiée par un autre transporteur, le lien de suivi dans votre courriel de confirmation vous dirigera vers la page de suivi du transporteur approprié.
