FREE SHIPPING ON ALL TIRE ORDERS GCI Tires offers free standard shipping on all tire orders delivered anywhere in Canada. No minimum order required.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery after shipment:
- Quebec (major cities): 2 to 4 business days
- Ontario: 3 to 5 business days
- British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 5 to 8 business days
- Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PEI, NL): 4 to 7 business days
- Northern territories: 7 to 14 business days (additional fees may apply for remote locations)
SHIPPING CARRIERS We ship via FedEx, Purolator, and Canada Post depending on your location and product availability. Carrier selection is made to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your area.
SHIP TO YOUR INSTALLER You may enter your tire installer's business address as the shipping address at checkout. We recommend confirming the address and business hours with your installer before placing your order.
ORDER TRACKING A tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.
SHIPPING DAMAGE If your tires arrive with visible packaging damage, photograph the packaging and product before opening and contact us within 48 hours at Email: info@gcitires.ca or (438) 402-6616.
