We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, tires must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Tires that have been mounted or installed
• Items marked as final sale

Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@gcitirescanada.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
